Sign Assembler and ACM Panel Builders

Day Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm M-F

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

What you will do:

• Final Assembly
• Read work orders or receive verbal instructions and act accordingly
• Measure, fit and assemble aluminum signs, using hand tools
• Ensure proper placement of illumination (LED) according to engineered drawings
• Perform vinyl stretching functions on sign face using appropriate stretching tool
• Final inspection to ensure product is complete to work order and customer standards
• Wiring and some electronic assembly of product
• Fast paced, busy environment
• ACM Panel
• Reads work orders or receives verbal instructions and assembles accordingly
• Assemble formed panels to frame using appropriate tools
• Measure and cut extrusion using patterns
• Assists in other areas of production as assigned

What we need:

• Excellent measurement skills, imperial system
• Large product, lifting required up to 50 lbs, multi-person lift, and lift assistance using overhead crane.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting and fitting skills.
• Wiring background and/or electronic assembly is an asset
