Project Manager

Essential Functions

  • Support the Account Managers in the maintenance of data to be used in the preparation of reports necessary to meet any and all contractual obligations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal resources to continuously develop and improve processes that accurately identify client expectations and ensure costs are contained and within budget expectations.
  • Initiate, plan, execute and close essential project functions related to scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk and procurement.
  • Initiate and follow up work done by the project specific functional groups including but not limited to sales, graphic design, estimating, permitting, production, installation and accounting.

Skills, Knowledge, Education & Experience

  • Post secondary degree or diploma in related field, or certificate and equivalent working experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the sign or related industry
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office
  • Proficiency with MS Project and familiarity with ERP systemS
  • Project Management expertise and formal project management methodologies
